When I was young, my brother and I spent hours acting out stories we’d made up on an old tape recorder. The fun we had made a huge impact on what ended up being my career. I’ve never tired of telling stories that provoke reactions: thought, inspiration, laughter, tears and, sometimes, the desire to buy stuff.

I’ve worked in Phoenix, Orange County, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas and Seattle at agencies like Bozell, Chiat\Day, Deutsch, McCann Erickson, TM, Sedgwick Rd. and DDB. For the past ten years, I’ve run my own agency, Hail Advertising. The budgets are smaller, but my freedom is infinitely greater.

My work has won awards at Cannes, Clios, One Show, Effies, Communication Arts, Addys and more.
